Methodology of gurukul system
The gurukul system is an ancient learning method. The students will gather there and learn vedas from their Guru. The students were treated equally irrespective of their social standards. The students were treated as a part of Guru families.
The whole Gurukul system was based on experiential learning and was practice based with subjects such as astronomy, medicine, philosophy, political science, economics, religion, yoga, physical education, and defense studies as its major components.
Dayananda Saraswati, the founder of Arya Samaj and Swami Shraddhanand, were the pioneers of the modern gurukula system, who in 1886 founded now-widespread Dayanand Anglo-Vedic Public Schools and Universities.
The students of gurukul are more disciplined and organized. They are taught to follow a well- planned schedule in school. The students are more focused and possess more concentration power than normal students. This is because they are trained through techniques such as meditation which enhances their focusing power.
Children will come out to be disciplined.
They will be successful in their life.
They turn out be the future of India as they work very hard.
Children will be respected in the society and they also respect elders.
