The name Krishna literally means “all-attractive .” So, not only is Krishna/God all-powerful and all-knowing, He’s also the most beautiful Person. Krishna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead. As with many of the Vedic texts.
Krishna is also known as Parbrahma Krishna , Aksharaitita Krishna, Purna Purusottam, Supreme Father, Paramatama, Paramtattav, and Raj Shyma. There is no other being above and beyond Krishna. Krishna the Supreme Personality of Godhead appeared on Earth as the 8th avatar in Sanatan Dharma (Hinduism).
Bhagavad Gita is a universal message from Lord Shree Krishna to mankind, and it has the power to have a profound effect on person’s life that truly understands it message. It explains in the simplest manner the profound secretes of Sanatan Dharma (Hinduism). he explains the truth of this material world, individual soul’s action and bondages to it in due course of time, and the role of the Shree Krishna (God) to both. Bhagavad Gita clearly and coherently explains the nature of consciousness, the self, and the material and spiritual world.

In the Vedic literature Lord Krishna is described as the ultimate source of all knowledge; hence, He is also the most reliable source of knowledge and the greatest well wisher of all the living entities.The whole guru parampara (the disciplic succession) begins from Him. There are many incarnations of Lord Krishna. Each one is scheduled and forecast within the Vedas themselves, and manifest within this material world in order to teach by example the path to spiritual emancipation.
One of the most widely venerated Hindu gods, worshiped as the eighth incarnation of Vishnu and as the supreme deity. Many Krishna legends are drawn from the Mahabharata and the Puranas. His earliest appearance is in the Mahabharata as the divine charioteer of Arjuna, whom Krishna convinces that the war Arjuna is about to fight is just ( Bhagavadgita). In later works Krishna was a slayer of demons, a secret lover of all devotees, and a devoted son and father. He also lifted the sacred hill of Govardhana on one finger to protect his devotees from Indra’s wrath.
